What experience do you have?With over a decade of experience in property and building management combined, we have developed our skills and become a tight-knit team ready to tackle diverse projects with enthusiasm. Additionally, with our experience on various Body Corporate committees in the heart of Auckland as both building managers and committee members we understand how committees feel and what they want to achieve.

To achieve this we utilise key software and technologies to ensure that all residents stay informed and up-to-date. We offer around-the-clock emergency services, ensuring assistance is available whenever needed.

Does your company provide its own contractors i.e. cleaning staff?Yes, we have highly skilled contractors that we can use in our buildings, but we can also work with any contractors your Body Corporate may suggest.
