We welcomed Luke from Onecitibm to the Vulcan as our new building manager, and we could not be happier. Within a few weeks, it was really noticeable how well our apartment complex was being looked after. Luke has done a fantastic job of working behind the scenes by attacking some of our outstanding maintenance issues well, all the while being a highly visible manager who visits the site regularly, checking the building for cleanliness and maintaining our building warrant. Luke gives us all a sense of security knowing that someone is looking after all aspects of our building in an efficient and professional fashion.
