Maintaining security is a top priority for us as building managers, as it is vital for the safety and well-being of everyone involved. We look to implement effective security measures not only to deter potential threats but also to provide peace of mind to residents, contractors, and visitors alike.

Communication

Our communication style is all about being approachable, attentive, and personal. We are here to keep you in the loop every step of the way, making sure your concerns are heard and promptly taken care of with a friendly touch. We also provide regular reports so that the Committee and owners are kept up to date.

Contractors

We are fortunate to collaborate with some of the most skilled contractors in Auckland and would love to recommend them for your building projects. That said, we are also flexible and open to working with any contractors of your choice to ensure your needs are met to the fullest.

Technology

With our IT background we keep up to date with the latest technology to help improve efficiency, security, and communication within the building. This allows us to streamline many processes giving us more time to focus on the key aspects of the building that require our attention. 

Cost

We help reduce costs by implementing various strategies aimed at improving efficiency and avoiding unnecessary expenses. Additionally, we work to negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure competitive rates for services, maintenance, and repairs.

Health and Safety

We have a strong commitment to the H&S of all occupants, residents and visitors by maintaining a safe, clean and compliant environment in the building.  Our team follows safety protocols, conducts regular inspections and adheres to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 along with Body Corporate regulations.
